"Chef Kenneth Juran, executive chef, Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress, announced he will begin serving local and sustainably produced Rosas Farms Foods, owned by Chef Al Rosas, known nationally as The Organic Chef(TM).

Celebrity Chef Rosas and his wife, Erin Rosas, a healthcare consultant, own and operate a certified organic farm as well as a number of eco-businesses including an organic product procurement and specialty foods operation located in Florida.

Rosas Farms produces and distributes local, organic and grass-fed meats, poultry, eggs and dairy. They also sell seafood certified as sustainable by the Marine Stewardship Council."
