Australia's Perfection Fresh Introduces Three Vegetable Lines

"Fresh produce marketing company Perfection Fresh is entering Australia’s burgeoning organic food market with organic versions of three of its specialty vegetable lines.

Marketing manager Lee Carnemolla says the release is a natural progression for top-performing specialty lines – Broccolini baby broccoli, Sweet Gems baby cos lettuce hearts and The Original grape tomatoes.

Perfection Fresh is the only producer of Broccolini® baby broccoli in Australia.

The products, branded to Perfection Fresh, will carry a Woolworths Organics label and the "certified organic" bud logo of certifier, Biological Farmers of Australia to authenticate certification.

"Our market research indicates consumers are increasingly seeking organic food choices and are more interested than ever in healthy living thanks to national campaigns like ‘Go for 2 & 5’," Carnemolla says."
