Darwin Private Equity buys baby food company Plum Organics for £10m

"Launched in 2006 by Susie Willis, a former chef and mother of three, Plum Organics was said to be the first company to nationally distribute organic baby food in a portable pouch format. The company is on track to achieve retail turnover of £15m in 2010.
Ms Willis will remain in the business as creative director, while Paul Kaye will take over as chief executive officer from Patrick Cairns."
