India: Organic food fair in Himachal Pradesh

"A three-day-long food festival showcasing organic food items got underway in Shimla.

Inaugurated by state Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal on Thursday, the fair was organized by the Palampur Agriculture University in collaboration with the tourism department.

The organizers said that the organic food fair would provide farmers with a platform to sell their organic produce."
